Black electroplated. Stainless. Fits all 1″ diameter handlebars. Classic cast stainless risers sets with a ribbed top clamp with Biltwell logo. TUV approved. Comes with a 1 3/4″ rise and 3 1/2″ centre to centre spacing, as used on most H-D models. Fits all 1″ diameter handlebars. 1/2-13 threaded.
